How long will your desserts stay fresh?
Our entire line of desserts are baked fresh with 100% All Natural ingredients and no preservatives, so eat them quickly! Our brownies will stay fresh unrefrigerated for 30 days, refrigerated for 3 months, frozen for 1 year.
Are your baked goods free of allergens?
We only bake with all natural ingredients and pride ourselves on not using preservatives. We know that many people are allergic to foods like eggs, nuts, wheat, and dairy. Please understand that we do use and store nuts and other allergens on our baking premises. We advise that if you are highly allergic, please do not eat our brownies.
Are your baked goods Kosher?
All of Greyston Bakery’s products are certified KOF-K (Dairy) under the supervision of KOF-K. Our products are Dairy, and Kosher for year-round use, excluding Passover.
Can I microwave my brownies?
Yes, you can microwave your brownies (please remove the wrapper.) Try 30 seconds or less at first. Microwave ovens vary in power and you don’t want to melt the brownie!
When will my order ship?
Once you finalize your order and pay, it will automatically be processed and shipped in two business days unless you request a specific future delivery date. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Any on-line UPS shipment orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the next business day and be fulfilled and shipped the following business day. We do not ship out any items on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. For example, if you place your order at 3:00pm on Thursday, we will process your order on Friday and ship it out on Monday via the delivery method you choose.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Do you provide a gift card with my order?
Yes, we do provide a small gift card that you may personalize when you submit your brownie order. The gift card has space for up to five (5) lines of text.
How long does a package take to arrive?
We use UPS service. For standard shipment allow up to five (5) business days. If you must have it by a certain date, we may ship it UPS overnight at an additional charge.
Will you use my UPS Account?
No, not at this time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, you must contact Greyston Bakery within 24 hours of your placed order. You may reach us at 1-800-289-2253. Please have your order confirmation number ready for our Customer Service representative.
What if my package does not arrive?
Please be careful with the shipping address! To ensure delivery, a current and correct address is required. If you make an error with the shipping address, we will happily send another, however there will be additional charges. If Greyston makes a mistake on a shipping label, we will reship your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
